• SheetDB.io — cloud-based form data storage (form submissions are stored securely in a private Google Sheet)
• Google LLC — advertising measurement, analytics and remarketing
• Meta Platforms Inc. — advertising measurement and remarketing via Meta Pixel
• Dubai Land Department (DLD) / RERA — as required by UAE property law for transaction compliance
• WhatsApp / Meta — when you initiate a WhatsApp conversation with us

All third-party processors are bound by appropriate data processing agreements and applicable data protection laws.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide property services and comply with our legal obligations:

• Form submission data: retained for up to 3 years from the date of submission
• Cookie and analytics data: retained in accordance with Google and Meta's default retention policies (typically 14–26 months)
• Transaction records: retained for 7 years as required by UAE financial and property regulations
