Is Dubai Hills Estate good for families?

Yes, it's one of Dubai's benchmark family communities. On-site GEMS schools, a large central park, Dubai Hills Mall, golf, cycling tracks and King's College Hospital make it self-contained, and kids can often walk or cycle to school. It's greener and calmer than Downtown, but it's a mid-to-premium price point and largely car-dependent.
