Who is Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) for?

JVT suits couples and small families wanting a quieter, suburban feel with more space for the money than prime areas. It's freehold, with sizeable villas, townhouses and apartments, parks, tennis courts and easy access to Al Khail Road and Hessa Street. Downsides: no metro yet, limited buses and some ongoing construction. Better for drivers than commuters.
