Where can foreigners buy property in Dubai?

Non-UAE nationals can buy on a full freehold basis inside designated zones, of which there are now 60+, covering much of developed Dubai. Popular ones include Dubai Marina, Downtown, Palm Jumeirah, JVC, Business Bay, Dubai Hills Estate, Emaar Beachfront and Dubai Creek Harbour. No residency, local sponsor or UAE bank account is required, and the minimum buyer age is 21.
