Can I sell my tokenised property tokens if I need my money back?

Historically illiquidity was the drawback of fractional property. In February 2026 the Dubai Land Department launched a regulated secondary market on PRYPCO Mint, letting investors trade tokens representing fractional ownership instead of waiting for the whole property to sell.
