Dubai branded homes carry roughly a 40% premium over non-branded properties — around AED 3,300 to 3,800 per sq ft versus about AED 2,300. The uplift pays for the brand name, designer interiors, hotel-grade service and management, and buyers value the prestige, turnkey quality and stronger resale demand. Some, like Bugatti Residences, price almost 200% above standard developments.
