Every legal listing must display a Trakheesi permit number, and every broker must hold a valid RERA card. Verify both through the Dubai REST app or DLD before engaging. Ignoring this exposes you to unlicensed agents and fake or duplicated listings. A missing permit number, or an agent who cannot produce a RERA card, is a clear warning to walk away.
