When construction finishes the developer issues a completion notice, usually giving you around 30 days to complete handover. Snagging is your inspection to list defects - finishes, plumbing, electrics, AC - before signing off, ideally using a professional inspector. You then settle final payments and fees, collect the keys, and the title deed is transferred at a DLD trustee office.
