How much can my manager increase the rent at renewal?

Increases follow the RERA/DLD rental index, now the building-specific Smart Rental Index. If your rent is up to 10% below the market average, no increase is allowed; 11-20% below permits 5%, rising in steps to a 20% cap for rents more than 40% below average.
