What is a trustee office fee when transferring property in Dubai?

The transfer is completed at a DLD-approved registration trustee office, which charges a service fee of AED 2,000 for properties under AED 500,000 or AED 4,000 for those above, plus 5% VAT (about AED 2,100 or AED 4,200). It is a one-time cost paid on the transfer day, separate from the 4% DLD fee.
