Dubai has led the world for two consecutive years in sales of homes above US$10 million, surpassing London and New York. It recorded 435 such deals worth US$7.1 billion in 2024, with 111 in Q1 2025 - a record first quarter. Global HNWIs have earmarked around US$4.4 billion for Dubai homes, up 76% on 2023.
