Yes. A property valued at AED 2 million or more qualifies for the 10-year Golden Visa, and since February 2026 the old 50% down-payment condition is gone, so mortgaged units now count. Any completed, DLD-registered residential unit gives a sole owner a 2-year investor visa regardless of price. Neither carries a minimum-stay requirement.
