Can my unmarried partner inherit my Dubai property?

Not by default. UAE intestacy rules recognise spouses and blood relatives, not unmarried or cohabiting partners, so your partner would inherit nothing automatically. A non-Muslim can leave Dubai property to a partner only by naming them explicitly in a registered DIFC or ADJD will. Without that, the property passes to legal heirs. Seek legal advice.
