Once the developer secures the Building Completion Certificate, it issues a completion notice. You then settle the final payment, book a handover appointment, inspect (snag) the unit, pay service charges in advance, sign the handover certificate, and collect keys, access cards and warranties. The Oqood is then converted into your title deed with the DLD.
