What is the maximum mortgage term and age limit in the UAE?
The maximum mortgage tenor in the UAE is 25 years. There's also an age cap: the loan must be fully repaid by age 70 for salaried borrowers and 65 for the self-employed (some banks extend to 70). So an older applicant is offered a shorter term - for example, a 55-year-old salaried buyer would get up to about 15 years.
