Can I buy a Dubai property in joint names, and how many owners can be on the title deed?
Yes. Two or more people can co-own a Dubai property, and the DLD records each owner by name on the title deed with a defined percentage share, which can be equal or unequal. A single deed typically allows up to four names. Note that for the 2-year investor visa, each joint owner generally needs a share worth at least AED 400,000.
