Do I get a residency visa if I buy property in Dubai?

Property can qualify you for residency. A 10-year Golden Visa requires property worth at least AED 2 million (single or combined; mortgaged and off-plan now accepted on DLD valuation). There is also a 5-year retirement visa (from AED 1 million, age 55+) and a renewable 2-year investor visa. Since May 2026 the AED 750,000 minimum for the 2-year visa was reportedly removed.
