Every licensed agent has a RERA Broker Registration Number (BRN); verify their name and BRN on the free Dubai REST app or the DLD website and confirm they work for the brokerage they claim. Every legal property advert must also display a Trakheesi permit number and a Madmoun QR code, scan or check it with DLD. No permit means an illegal listing.
