Form F, also called the MOU or Contract F, is the Dubai Land Department's standardised sale agreement between buyer and seller. It records the agreed price, payment terms and completion date, and has been mandatory for resales since 2014. On signing, the buyer normally pays a 10% deposit, usually held by the registration trustee or agent rather than paid directly to the seller.
