What's on the move-in checklist after signing?

Register your Ejari, then activate DEWA and, if applicable, your district-cooling account. Arrange internet/TV (du or e&), collect access/parking cards and gate remotes, and book a move-in permit and lift slot from building management. Do a walkthrough noting any existing damage - ideally photographed and shared with the landlord - and test AC, plumbing and appliances before you settle in.
