What should the tenancy contract include?

Dubai uses a RERA-approved contract template. Check it names the correct landlord and tenant, the property and its Ejari/premises details, the exact annual rent and cheque schedule, the security deposit, the one-year term and dates, maintenance responsibilities (who covers minor repairs), and any chiller or service-charge terms. Make sure it matches what you agreed before signing and registering Ejari.
