Register on the DET (Dubai Economy & Tourism) Holiday Homes portal, add the unit, and upload your title deed or tenancy contract, Emirates ID, DEWA bill, and building/landlord NOC. Self-classify the property as Standard or Deluxe, pay the fees, and pass a DET safety inspection. Once approved you get a permit number that must appear on every listing.
