What is the Tourism Dirham fee for a Dubai holiday home?

Holiday homes collect the Tourism Dirham from guests per occupied bedroom per night: AED 10 for Standard and AED 15 for Deluxe units (broadly AED 10-20 per room per night). The guest pays it, but the permit holder must remit it to DET, typically filed by the 15th of each month. It is capped at 30 consecutive nights per stay.
