Units must be fully furnished to DET standards: complete furniture, a working kitchen and appliances, air-conditioning, hot water, Wi-Fi, and fresh linen and towels (typically two sets per bed). Safety gear is mandatory — smoke detectors, a valid kitchen fire extinguisher, first-aid kit and clear escape info — plus a smart or keyless lock, and inspectors verify all of it.
