How do I file a case at the Rental Dispute Settlement Centre (RDSC)?

First attempt an amicable settlement and ensure your contract is registered on Ejari. Gather the tenancy contract, Ejari certificate, Emirates ID, passport copy, deposit receipts and evidence such as emails or notices. File through the Dubai REST app, the DLD website, or in person at the RDC in Deira. Non-Arabic documents need legal translation.
