Open the RERA rental index calculator on Dubai REST or the DLD site and enter your area, property type and number of bedrooms. Decree No. 43 of 2013 caps increases in bands (0/5/10/15/20%) based on how far your rent sits below the market index - no increase is allowed if it's under 10% below. Save the result as evidence for the RDC.
