How much does it cost to file a rental dispute at Dubai's Rental Dispute Settlement Centre?
The RDSC filing fee is 3.5% of the annual rent, subject to a minimum of AED 500 and a maximum of AED 20,000, plus small administrative fees. The winning party can usually recover this fee from the loser. Your tenancy contract must be registered on Ejari before you can file a case.
