How long does an RDSC rental dispute take, and can I appeal?

First-instance judgments are typically issued within about 30-45 days after a reconciliation stage. Claims valued under AED 100,000 are final. For claims above AED 100,000, either party may appeal to the Appeal Committee within 15 days of the written judgment; appeals are usually decided within around 60 days, and that decision is final.
