Keep everything in writing. Escalate step by step: a formal written complaint to the developer's management, then a RERA complaint via the Dubai REST app, then Dubai Land Department dispute resolution/mediation, and finally Dubai Courts if needed. Documented snag reports, the SPA and the DLP give you strong grounds to compel free rectification.
