What should I bring to the handover appointment?

Bring your original passport and visa copy, Emirates ID if a resident, the original Sales and Purchase Agreement, the Oqood certificate, and proof of all payments (receipts). Have funds ready for the final installment, advance service charges and DEWA. Ideally complete your snagging inspection beforehand so you sign only once defects are addressed.
