Not always. Show apartments use premium staging and finishes, while delivered units can differ in materials, fittings and workmanship. Common gaps include misaligned fittings, poor paintwork, leaks and AC faults that go unnoticed until after handover. This is exactly why an independent snagging inspection before you sign is strongly recommended.
