Yes. Combining several properties registered solely in your own name to reach a threshold (e.g. AED 2M for the Golden Visa) is still permitted after the July 2026 rule change. What ended was pooling shares between different co-owners. So one person's multiple solo-owned units still count together; two people's shares in one unit no longer do.
