Can multiple owners of the same property each get their own residence visa?

Yes. Couples, siblings or business partners co-owning one property can each obtain their own two-year investor visa, provided each person's registered share is at least AED 400,000. A single asset can therefore support several residents. Since 14 July 2026, however, co-owners can no longer pool shares to reach a threshold; each must qualify on their own stake.
