What is the difference between the 2-year, 5-year retirement and 10-year property visa tiers?

Three property-linked tiers: the two-year investor visa (sole owners now no minimum value; joint owners AED 400,000 each); the five-year retirement visa (age 55+, AED 1M property plus AED 1M savings); and the ten-year Golden Visa (AED 2M). Higher tiers add longer validity, parent and domestic-staff sponsorship, and exemption from the six-month absence rule.
