What is the minimum property share each co-owner needs to qualify for a visa?

For jointly owned property, each co-owner must individually hold a registered share worth at least AED 400,000 to qualify for the two-year visa. A unit valued at AED 700,000 split 50/50 (AED 350,000 each) qualifies neither party. The sole-owner 'no minimum value' rule from April 2026 applies only to single owners, not shared titles.
