Can I upgrade or convert my 2-year property visa to the 10-year Golden Visa?

There's no automatic upgrade. To move from the two-year visa to the ten-year Golden Visa you file a fresh Golden Visa application once your property holdings reach AED 2 million. Since 14 July 2026 you must reach that AED 2M in your own name (co-owner shares can't be merged), though several solely owned properties can be combined.
