What are the processing steps, medical test and Emirates ID for a property visa?

After the property is registered, steps are: apply via DLD/Taskeen (or ICP) for entry/status change, complete a medical fitness test (blood test plus chest X-ray), take out valid UAE health insurance, then do Emirates ID biometrics. The residence visa is stamped and the Emirates ID issued, usually within about 7-10 working days after the medical.
