What happens to my visa if my property value drops below the threshold at renewal?

Visas issued under the new 2026 sole-owner rule have no value threshold to re-meet at renewal. Under older rules, your visa stays valid until expiry even if the property's value falls, but at renewal the property must again meet the applicable threshold and a fresh DLD valuation may be requested. Keep the title active and registered.
