How often are service charges billed, monthly, quarterly or annually?

Service charges are set as an annual amount but are usually invoiced quarterly through the Mollak system, though some communities bill annually or half-yearly. Payment is generally due in advance for each period. Your RERA-approved invoice should itemise the budget categories, and charges must be cleared to obtain the No Objection Certificate required to sell or transfer the property.
