What's the difference between master community fees and building service charges?
In large master-planned communities you often pay two layers. The master-community charge goes to the master developer for shared district infrastructure — roads, parks, security and landscaping — while the building-level charge goes to your tower's management for lifts, lobbies, the pool and gym. Both appear on your account and both are RERA-regulated.
