How do I dispute my service charges with the owners' association?

Valid service charges must be RERA-approved and billed through the Mollak system. You can challenge them if they exceed the approved budget, include unapproved items, or lack AGM approval. Raise it in writing with the management company first, then file a formal complaint via Dubai REST, the Mollak portal, or the DLD's Real Estate Violation System. RERA can order refunds.
