Once a judgment is final or enforceable, file an execution case at the Execution Court, handled by a dedicated Execution Judge. Available measures include freezing and seizing bank accounts, attaching and auctioning assets, and imposing travel bans on the debtor. Under Dubai Decision No. 2/2026, licensed private firms can now carry out some execution steps under judicial supervision.
