How do I file a complaint against a real estate broker in Dubai?

Report broker misconduct through the DLD's Real Estate Violation System (RVS) on dubailand.gov.ae or the Dubai REST app - covering unlicensed practice, misleading ads, illegal cold calls, or undisclosed commissions. Attach contracts, receipts, screenshots and transaction references. RERA can fine or suspend the broker or brokerage. Money or contract disputes may still need a separate court claim.
