What's the difference between Dubai Courts and DIFC Courts for property disputes?

Dubai's onshore courts have exclusive jurisdiction over Dubai real estate, operate in Arabic, and apply civil and Sharia law. The DIFC Courts are English-language common-law courts; you can only use them for a property matter if both parties opt in through a contract clause. Rental disputes go to the RDC regardless of any such clause.
